Functional Movement for Lasting Wellness

Functional Movement sessions are one-on-one, science-based sessions designed to improve mobility, reduce tension, and strengthen movement patterns. Each session combines Functional Release (FR) techniques with tailored exercises to help retrain non-optimal movement patterns, increase body awareness, and support joint health for long-term well-being. Sessions are personalized to your needs, whether addressing chronic pain, restricted motion, or building strength to support other activities.
Please dress comfortably for your session, as parts will be performed clothed.
What to Expect:
New Students
First-time visitors are encouraged to begin with a 60 or 90-minute session to get the most out of their experience. These longer sessions allow for a full assessment and plenty of time to explore new movements with guidance and support.
With focused exercises, these sessions are perfect for easing into movement re-education at your own pace.
Please dress comfortably, as some portions of the session will be done clothed.
