Gentle Pressure, Lasting Relief

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a specialized technique that targets the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs like a three-dimensional web. Using gentle, sustained pressure along with massage and trigger point techniques, MFR loosens restrictions, increases circulation, improves flexibility, and eases pain in ways traditional massage alone cannot. Sessions focus on restoring motion and balance, addressing lines of tension that can cause chronic discomfort or reduced mobility. MFR works best at a slow, mindful pace and is often combined with joint movement and breathwork for maximum benefit.
This approach can help with a wide range of conditions, including chronic neck or back pain, joint stiffness, headaches, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and more. Typical sessions last 90 minutes to allow tissues and fascia to release fully.
